- 1 2/3 cup plain flour

- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup All Bran cereal
Process
- Sift the flour together with the salt and soda. Beat the butter and mix it well with vanilla, sugar substitute and egg so that it is well blended. This mixture will look rough and crumbly because of the butter.
- Now add the dry ingredients to the mixture together with the applesauce. Mix well and add the cereal and the raisins. You can pat the dough slightly thin on a pan. - 2 eggs
- 8 ounces diet butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 ¼ cup sifted flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

- 2 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (alternately 1 cup chopped nuts)
Process

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

- ½ cup seedless raisins
- ¼ cup milk.
Process

- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup egg substitute
