Sweet & Sour Meatballs

This is a quick and easy to make recipe at home for any occasion especially parties. It's tingly taste is sure to make everyone go wild.
Recipe Ingredients
  • 2 lb of ground beef
  • 2 lg. jars of apricot jam
  • Plain bread crumbs
  • 2 lg. jars of kraft barbeque sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
Recipe Preparation
  • On a low flame put together the apricot jam and barbecue sauce in a saucepan. Mix this well.
  • In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, eggs, pepper, bread crumbs and salt. Roll this mixture into small balls.
  • In an oven place a cookie sheet and bake the balls at 375° for around 20 minutes. Once the balls are cooked, put them into the sauce. Let them cook on low heat in the sauce for around 30 minutes and then serve.
