Russian Egg Salad Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

6 hard boiled thinly sliced eggs
5 tablespoons of soured cream
1 small clove of crushed garlic
¼ teaspoon of Russian-style Mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 ½ cup of Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion tops
1 Red Pepper or shredded carrot for garnishing

Recipe Preparation

First mix the soured cream, garlic, salt, mustard and mayonnaise together. Then mash the eggs along with this mixture.
Once that is done sprinkle some chopped onion on top and garnish the egg salad with carrot or red pepper.
