½ cup diet butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
¼ cup egg substitute
¾ cup unsalted peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cup flour
Recipe Preparation
Beat the butter and sugar in a container. Now stir in the egg substitute. Add the rest of the ingredients while stirring well.
Divide the mixture and put it on a pan. Bake this for 12 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 350°.
