Recipe Ingredients
¼ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup flour
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cup rolled oats
½ cup seedless raisins
¼ cup milk
Recipe Preparation
Sift the flour along with the salt, baking powder. Beat the eggs and mix it with the sifted flour along with rest of the ingredients so that it is well blended.
Now using a teaspoon drop the mixture on a baking sheet that is greased and put it in the oven for baking for a period of 8 to 10 minutes at a temperature of 375°.
