Diet Chocolate Chip Cookies

Love chocolate chip cookies but afraid that it might lead to putting that extra bit of calories? Worry no more, these diet chocolate chip cookies are especially meant for all those who worry about calories and gaining weight.
Recipe Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces diet butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ¼ cup sifted flour
  • ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sprinkle sweet
  • 2 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup chopped nuts
Recipe Preparation
  • Beat the eggs and the diet butter together and add all the ingredients in it except chocolate chips. Beat this till you get a well blended mixture. This batter will be thick. Add in the chocolate chips.
  • Take a teaspoonful of this batter and put it in an Teflon ungreased cookie sheet. Bake it in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes at a temperature of 375°. This is a wonderful low calorie cookie diet recipe and each cookie will have only 33 calories.
