Crepes Recipe

Crepes is a easy recipe that you can make for breakfast. Read on to know how to do just that.
Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • ½ a teaspoon of salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 6 teaspoons of butter

Recipe Preparation

  • First take a large bowl and beat the egg yolks in it. Now add the milk and vanilla extract. Once that is complete, add the sugar, salt, flour as well as the butter to the mixture and blend everything well.
  • Next take a pan and place it over a medium flame until it becomes hot. Now pour the cooking oil onto the pan and let it heat for about 1 minute. Next add about ¼ of the batter into the pan, evenly. Let it remain for a few minutes until bubbles begin to form on the top of the batter.
  • Now flip over and cook the other side until both the sides are light brown in color. Do the same with the remaining batter. When the crepes are ready, fill them up with your dad’s favourite cream, cheese, fruits or caramel. Serve the crepes hot!
