Recipe Ingredients
6 lb. of Back Ribs (cut into small pieces)
4 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 small onion
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper powder
1 ¼ c. of ketchup
¾ c. of water
¼ c. of honey
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Recipe Preparation
First
mix the water, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, lemon
juice, salt and pepper together. Then cook this sauce for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
Next cook the ribs over medium-hot
coals for an hour. Remember to turn and mix them occasionally. Now
brush the sauce over the ribs and turn and cook for 20 to 30 minutes
more.
